Liam Castellan is a second-year M.F.A. student in directing. Last season at IU he directed the Northern Ireland interrogation drama Rat in the Skull in the Studio Theatre and was assistant director for Dale McFadden’s production of Hedda Gabler. Philadelphia directing credits include: A Midsummer Night's Dream, Corpse! and Communicating Doors for Hedgerow Theatre, Titus Andronicus for Plays & Players Theatre, and the Philadelphia premiere of Traveling Light in the Philly Fringe. He was a company member for nine seasons with Curio Theatre Company as both actor and director. Liam has directed readings and workshops of new plays for New City Stage Company, Hedgerow, Philadelphia Dramatists Center, the Painted Bride Arts Center and others. He is a graduate of Northwestern University's Theatre program.
