As a musician with a passion for all things sound- Anna Fagin is an audio engineer that is constantly looking for opportunities to explore new facets of the audio art form. Anna has consistently said she is happy doing any type of work as long as it involves sound, a statement that is reflected in her experience.
In the summer of 2021, Anna interned at Grand Street Recording, a recording studio in Brooklyn, New York and assisted on the recording of Challalalah (Tkiya Presents) by Carla Friend (2022).
Anna works for IUSTV as an A1 and A2 for their athletic broadcast and PBS newscast recordings. Additionally, she also has numerous credits head engineering live performances for the Jacobs School of Music, including Jacobs at the Movies: Jurassic Park (2022), Singing Hoosiers Fall Concert (2021), and Spring New Music Ensemble (2021).
Anna additionally works for Indiana University’s School of Theatre and Contemporary Dance as a sound technician and sound designer. Credits include Bonnets: How Women of Good Breeding are Induced to Murder (2020) and Carrie: the Musical (2022).
In her fourth year at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, Anna studies Audio Engineering and Sound Production with a double minor in Media Persuasion and Theatre.
