David Hosei is a sophomore pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Theater and Drama at Indiana University. With a passion for acting from an early age, David honed his skills in high school, where he performed in a variety of shows. One of his most memorable roles was playing Gilbert Blythe in the Bloomington’s local theater company and their production of Anne of Green Gables. Since then, David has continued to build his resume, participating in various student-led productions such as The Piñata, where he played the role of Ramiro. He is thrilled to make his main stage debut at IU, and hopes to continue developing his craft through this opportunity.
David would like to extend his gratitude to his family, including his loving mother, father, and siblings, for their unwavering support and encouragement throughout his journey. He is excited to see where this path in the arts will take him, and is determined to make his family and community proud.
