Department of Theatre, Drama, and Contemporary Dance

Shanya Nichole is a Junior majoring in Theatre and drama with a concentration in Acting. For IU theatre she performed in the M.F.A. project Mystery plays as Abby Gilley. She worked as a stage manager in Lilly’s Purple Plastic Purse for IU South Bend theatre. She was a voice over actor for the virtual learning project at IU. One of her most major roles was Cassie in the play Rumors by Neil Simon.
