Department of Theatre, Drama, and Contemporary Dance

Alanna Porter is a third-year IU student pursuing a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre with a minor in ASL & Dance. Some of her other theatre credits include: Jump (Judy),The Drowsy Chaperone (Trix), Joseph…Technicolor Dreamcoat (Dan/Dance Captain/Pharaoh Understudy), and Carrie (Miss Gardener). Outside of rehearsal Alanna participates in the IU Soul Revue and is a member of the Black Student Union. In her free time she enjoys crafting, dancing, and reading. Additionally, she is a choreographer for multiple choirs throughout Indiana. Alanna is from Indianapolis,IN.
