Sam was born and bred in Minneapolis, MN, an avid theatre-goer and performer. He was introduced to musical theatre at a young age, and grew up obsessed with the magic of live theatre.
Now a senior studying Musical Theatre, Sam has developed an individualized minor in Musical Theatre History. His goal is to document his passion for the history and form of Musical Theatre, while also honoring the individuals who have paved the way for the craft to flourish over time. Figures of interest include Laura Benanti, Hal Prince, and Laurie Beechman.
When he's not onstage, Sam enjoys his studies, spending quality time with his friends and family, and visiting his pal Mickey at "The Most Magical Place on Earth!"
