(she/they) is a first-year in the Costume Design M.F.A. from San Diego, CA. They received a B.A. in Rhetoric, Writing and Public Discourse from Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA, in addition to being an active member of Whitman’s theater community. Chloe has spent their last two summers working in the beautiful Adirondacks as a costumer at the Seagle Festival in upstate New York. They are passionate about the fiber arts and expression of character and the self through clothing.
