- What’s the cheapest way to get tickets?
No service charges when purchasing single tickets*: Visit the IU Auditorium Box Office or Lee Norvelle Theatre and Drama Center box office in person. The IU Auditorium box office is open M-F 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except major holidays). The Lee Norvelle Theatre and Drama Center box office opens one hour before the show.
*Pre-order/subscription sales do have a service fee.- What’s the fastest way to get tickets?
Click on the 'Buy tickets online' button and order online. Your tickets will await you at the theatre. Remember, there is a service charge.
- What do I do if I want to bring a group?
Call the Box Office at 812-855-1103 to arrange group tickets.

- Do you offer listening assistance?
Yes, Assisted Listening Devices (FM receiver and headphones or neck loop) are available for both the Ruth N. Halls Theatre and the Wells-Metz Theatre. Simply visit the cart outside the Lee Norvelle Center Box Office to pick one up before entering the theatre. There is no charge.
- What do I do if I need to exchange my tickets?
- At least 48 hours before the original date on your tickets, visit the IU Auditorium Box Office to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show. You must return the original tickets, so take them with you.
- What if I miss the 48-hour rule?
- Call the Box Office right away. The sooner we learn of your problem the better chance we have to help you.

- If you call us after the performance has taken place, we cannot make an exchange.
