Kate Galvin is the Artistic Director Cardinal Stage. A Philadelphia native, she previously served as Associate Producer at 11th Hour Theatre Company and Casting Director/Assistant to the Producing Artistic Director at the Walnut Street Theatre. Kate is Barrymore Award-winning director of both musicals and plays, and has a passion for new musical development. Cardinal Stage credits include: Fun Home, Beauty and the Beast, The Glass Menagerie, etc. Regional credits include Xanadu (Pittsburgh CLO Cabaret), Lizzie (11th Hour Theatre Company), Buyer & Cellar (Portland Stage Company), Wit (North Carolina Theater), A Moon for the Misbegotten (Walnut Street Theatre/National Tour), Other Desert Cities (Walnut Street Theatre, Fulton Theater).
