Tess Bladow is a junior from Walkerton, Indiana. She is majoring in Arts Management with a specialization in Theatre & Dance while earning a certificate in Political & Civic Engagement. For IU Theatre: The 2019 Winter Dance Concert: Making Spaces (Stage Manager), Pippin (Assistant Stage Manager/Weapons Master), and Vinegar Tom (Assistant Stage Manager). For IU Summer Theatre: Little Shop of Horrors (Assistant Stage Manager/Weapons Master) and Sticks & Stones (Assistant Stage Manager). For University Players: Next to Normal (Stage Manager), Disorder (Stage Manager), and 10 out of 12 (Assistant Stage Manager). For South Bend Civic Theatre: The Great Writer and My Fair Lady. Tess plans to continue her work in stage management at Indiana University and with other theatres in the area. In addition, she plans to pursue both a Master of Arts Administration and a Master of Public Affairs with a focus in Nonprofit Management from the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Tess hopes to become an Artistic Director for a professional commercial theatre. She would also like to work overseas with international arts organizations throughout her career.
