About Emily Davis

Emily Davis is a process-driven performer, voice teacher, and musician. She loves cross-collaborative work with other musicians, developing new work (both musicals and plays), and creating opportunities for other performers. As an actor, her favorite credits include The Baker's Wife in Sondheim's Into the Woods (IU), Olive in 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (ATI), Kate in Calling All Kates (BPP/ATF), Hermione in Shakespeare's The Winter’s Tale (IU), and Amy in Sondheim's Company (IU). She’s performed off-broadway, at Lincoln Center, and internationally in Florence, Italy and loves developing her own work. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from New York University- Steinhardt and an MFA in Acting from Indiana University.

She is the co-owner of The Davis Academy of Music here in Bloomington.
