Department of Theatre, Drama, and Contemporary Dance

Bri Stoneburner is a sophomore studying a double major in Film, Tv, and Digital Production as well as Theatre with a concentration in Audio. This is their first main stage sound design for IU Theatre. Previously at IU, they have been a live sound engineer in Natasha, Pierre, and Great Comet of 1812 (2022), sound board operator for New Moves Dance Concert (2022). For IUST they have worked as a light board operator for 39 Steps. Other include Stage managing Almost Maine (2020), 12 Angry Jurors (2020), Just Another High School Play (2018); Rabbit Hole (Natalie), Odd Couple: Female version (Sylvie), Shrek Jr (Ensemble). Bri began her career in theatre starting in Middle school. starting with acting before entering high school where she went to a theatre festival as a technician, falling in love with working with sound. After the festival, Bri focused on the Technical side of theatre, mostly stage managing and live sound mixing hoping to become a Broadway sound designer or live mixer after graduation.
