Maggie was born and raised in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. She actively pursued theatre from the age of 12. During her senior year of high school, she had found a passion for design through a former art teacher. From there, she attended East Stroudsburg University for Musical Theatre Performance. Shortly after, she declared a minor in Technical Theatre with a focus in lighting. She took a gap year and worked for the Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, Florida. Returning with a new found drive, she took on new roles and positions in the theatre department at ESU. Maggie changed her technical theatre minor into a second major. After switching to online classes, due to Covid-19, she rediscovered her love for scenic design. Having more time to create at home, allowed her to dive deeper into her works. After earning her B.A. in Technical Theatre & Musical Theatre Performance, she moved to Indiana to pursue her M.F.A. in Scenic Design from Indiana University. This past summer she acted as the Scenic Charge Artist for Hangar Theatre in Ithaca, NY.
